Goku will win against saitama because Goku is A GOD! Literally a God we dont really know what is saitama’s 100% Strength but when he fought boros (who survived against his first punch and literally didnt explode in space and jumped back to earth in a few second) but goku held back back A Gods SPHERE OF DESTRUCTION which was big enough to eventually destroy earth....... also when goku lost the Super Saiyan God form he didnt It was said that he absorbed the godly powers and put it in his Super Saiyan Form which boosted his SSJ abilities.
Ok back to saitama......

Saitama almost punched Genos on the face and destroyed a mountain! That is physically impossible.
Also in the anime and manga saitama running with Genos was running very fast he was even able to chase SPEED Sonic and Genos.
When he was blasted by BOROS with his Serious Punch he didnt inflict any damage against boros.

Guys. Saitama did beat many types of monsters. Tiger,Devil,Dragon,God. Even though Beerus is a God type of monster, Saitama did beat Boros an almost God type monster easily, I think Boros and Beerus have the same kind of strenght so if you look at all the details between OPM and DBZ. Saitama can beat Beerus but he can never kill it.

Listen... You are all taking all this wrong! OnepunchMan is a PARODY of hero’s... So basically all the hero’s there are no limit, specially Saitama. E.g any kind of level you put Saitama he can overcome it, because he can do it... Not simply he is strong but because it’s a PARODY and he will win every time.
