Smallville discussion

Now, before I get a ton of hate for creating this because it’s over, and it’s been around for 11 years, I did a ton of digging and was shocked that this topic didn’t exist here. I see tons of Smallville feats/versus threads in the versus section, but nothing to actually discuss the series itself.

I personally watched the show for the first 2 seasons, then lost track of it when I moved way the hell back in 2003. Now that I’m between shows right now, and am stuck waiting for new episodes of shows like Supernatural, Arrow, Doctor Who, Fringe, How I Met Your Mother, and The Walking Dead to come out, I’m finally deciding to do some catching up. I watched episodes here and there when I’d see it on, but I was always lost because jumping from season 2 to season 8 of any show will do that to you.
Currently I’m about halfway through the first season, after just restarting it yesterday.
I know I’ll be through with it in a month or two at most, and it is a popular show, so I thought I’d create this discussion thread.

Fyi there is a Season 11 comic. They continued the series.

Ah, did not know that. Looks like it followed the ways of Buffy (I loved that about Whedon’s works, that they continue in comics, Buffy goes to 7 in TV seasons, then 9 in comics so far). I’ll keep that in mind when I get to the end.

Smallville was badass.
Season 1 was full with Kriptonite infested.
I liked the Bees episode, the Clark vs Bizzarno was done well.
The Justice League was good.
Supergirl was Hot.
Zatanna could be hotter.
Oh the show was one of the best thinks to come from. CW

I’m loving all the superman jokes in the show, though.
When they’re talking about what they wanna do after high school in episode 111.
“As long as it doesn’t involve putting on a suit and doing a lot of flying”.

And I did love Alison Scagliotti as Jayna of the Wonder Twins, from what I’ve seen.

Yeah i read a couple of those Season 11 comics, they seem pretty good.

Need to look up for the newer ones, i think even Batman makes an appearance.

As for Smallville TV series, the first couple of seasons were great, then it got a bit dull, but it picked up again in the latter seasons, at least IMO.

I loved Smallvile. :P

I watched the first couple of seasons to and thought it was great but got lost in the story a bit and then just drifted away from it :/

Smallville is absolutely stupid and retarded, its basically a show for 5th graders and under, dumb fags.

Just finished season 2 of it now (including the chronicles stuff). From the looks of it, Lionel had Helen attempt to kill Lex in the plane? Or was it something else? I’ll find out soon enough, mind the spoilers, though. I don’t mind if I find out, I’d just rather not until I watch.
