Just watched episode 3. Lecter is one devious mofo, I’d probably honestly do the same in Abigail’s situation.

I also saw some stuff about the “angel killer” in the next episode preview, looks grusome as fuck.

I don’t doubt it, first the girl harvester, then the angel killer and now this... these nutcases seem to get worse every episode.

That’s exactly how it is, mang

Although you’re reaching that point where it starts to become less about the killers, and more about the connections between them.

On episode 11 and shit is very heated, sad to think I’m almost done with this show. It’s one of the best I’ve seen.

That moment when Will FINALLY sees Hannibal for what he truly is, a monster, and by that point there was nothing he could do about it, the trap Hannibal had been weaving around his life snapped shut. And the final meeting between the two was so minimal, yet so... deep. Almost angering, in a way, how the series came full circle like that. Will made the slow descent into becoming Mr. Hobbs, and we finally learned what “see” meant. Hobbs also saw Doctor Lecter for what he truly was, and the series ended almost the same exact way the first episode ended, with Hobbs (now Will) lying on the floor, bleeding out. And the stag was a TRULY nice touch, as it was utterly confusing, and in the end it was a sign of evil, which is why that was how Will saw Doctor Lecter in the end.

This actually.... sums up feelings to a tee. The whole series Hannibal had been sending Will in a circle of dramatic irony, busting his head to find that a killer who had been in front face the whole time, but by the time he’d finally seen Hannibal’s true face, Will was comepletely incapacitated to react. Whether he’d shot Hannibal or not he was still going to end up in jail, such a situation is as frustrating to the watcher as it is for Will. I think Lecter’s psychiatrist may be on to him and I think she realizes just what’s going on, maybe her and Alana might be key to uncover Lecter in season 2.

I actually took a walk to think about the whole thing after I watched the finale. lol

Yep, I’m just glad they “explained” the significance of the moose in the end. I had been more than a little confused by that, haha. Now you see why I said it was a brilliant finale, but it was incredibly frustrating.

Hell, that final “Hello, Doctor Lecter..." made me wanna kick a kitten. Hannibal’s facial expression was just so cruel, almost like he was mocking him. But I don’t think that was his plan all along, I feel he really did feel a sense of friendship between him and will, but Hannibal being the opportunistic bastard that he is, realized Will was about to catch him, so he turned the tables on him and got him locked up. But I’m sure we’ll get more of that in the second season.

Glad you liked it though~

Now we wait for season 2.

I’m now 5 episodes deep and that fbi agent chick got fucking murked by Hannibal. At least I was led to believe that at the end of the episode.
