No Tusk 4 would not be able to put Post Schrodinger Alucard down since this Alucard is Omnipresent. Alucard can mind control Johnny or Simply not-exist when the bullet hits him and re-exist again the bullet will not chase Alucard because its target no longer exists the first time. Alucard wins this 9/10
