1. Samus may have superior equiptment, but Vader has the Force. This means that Vader can actually predict Samus’s moves and act accordingly.

2. In addition, Vader can also use the Force as a weapon.

3. Vader has faced energy shields before in the Clone Wars.

Samus’s armor itself has little aside from the shield to stop a lightsaber.

Yes but her shielding literally has planets worth’s of energy.

what if i told you she can move at Mach 500+?

Then you would be lying. Samus has only ever been confirmed to run at supersonic speeds, meaning anything between mach 1 and mach 5. Anything faster and that is what we call hypersonic speed.

Metroid Fusion manual
“Dash at supersonic speeds and crash through certain barriers and enemies. Press and hold the Control Pad in the direction you want to dash."

Metroid: Zero Mission manual
“With this power-up, Samus is able to dash at supersonic speeds and crash through certain barriers and enemies. Press and hold + in the direction you want to dash."

The shine spark can make samus increase her speed indefinately, but I doubt its anyware near those numbers.
I do have to agree with you about Samus' weaponry and sheilding. A single terrawatt blast wont go down well with Vaders armour. I understand that Vader can use the force to his advantage but I doubt it is a win button. If Jango Fett could take down Jedi then why not Samus.
Also Samus sheildings have encountered and defended against incorporeal attacks, I imagine it would have some defence against being controlled by the force, if not then Samus will be immobolised.
All samus would really need to do is glance at Vader and hack him with the scan visor, shut down his life support, and other things, and shoot him while he is crippled.

A proper Jedi or Sith worth his salt should be able to use the force to predict non-force user’s attacks and respond accordingly. This is what allows them to react so quickly.

Considering that Vader isn’t nearly as likely to f**k up as the Jedi in ROTS due to him being more powerful, I think he could, in theory, see Samus' boost coming. (especially if you make the assumption that Blaster Bolts move at or near the speed of light.)

Samus is about a lightning timer-ish, can Vader react?

Realistically, i can see Vader’s only chance of winning is a force choke, other wise, he gets shot once and he’s dead.

they would have too much respect for one another at some point during the fight they`d both think this a meaningless fight

I’ve never heard of Vader deflecting a missle, although he did resist a blast from a rifle with his hand.
