Speaking of geometry, what can I expect from that as it’s my next math course after I’m done with this year of school.

its just glorified algebra. Basically X will be some side length, angle, perimeter or area,(circumference and diameter for circles)
They’ll give you values and you use equations to find the rest. It’s pretty easy once you get the basics down. Same with Trig honestly

The only math i’ve really had trouble with so far is Geometry (I’m currently taking Algebra 2 and Physics, which are both actually pretty easy to me, and i’m taking calc next year)
But Physics and Pre-calc(Or calc) may give you a tough challenge.

That really does sound easy.

High school calculus wasn’t even bad. I actually kind of liked it as far as school shit goes. It’s just that college and university calculus can get really hard

Yep. Stats and probability was the worst. Calculus was quite alright (well it was pretty simple imo).

It got harder for me.

But then again, math is the only subject I legit score retard scores on.

I’ve actually gotten a lot of good test scores, which generally make me pretty happy. One time I got referenced by the teacher for a good test score, and I was just 1 point away from perfection (1 other student got a perfect score).

It always saddened me to look at my report card, see all those beautiful As and Bs, then look at Math and see a fucking D :/.

And the only reason I got that D is because I do all my homework. I haven’t missed a math homework assignment in my school life so far.

Math is the easiest subject you can take second only to arts.

You want challenge, take politics.

In Australia you can pretty much choose the level of mathematics you want (And thus the level of difficulty varies), no idea how it works in other countries.

Back in my first semester, I had so much trouble with getting stuff in, it was ridiculous at times...but somehow I still managed to get four of my classes above a B+, with nothing below a B. Bio-Med (mainly it’s tests) was my bane in the first semester, but now if I continue to do well with this class, it will be an A pretty soon.

Well here, you can choose harder courses at some point (AP courses), but generally, everything scales in difficulty, I suppose.

You take honors? That’s probably why.

I hear that honors classes aren’t harder, they just give a lot more work.

I don’t think he’s serious...I hope not anyways. Someone I know failed it, but only out of his laziness (when he works, which he is right now, he gets good grades).

Not right now, Bio-Med, and everything else really, was quite different from home-school. My whole first semester was simply adjusting to how everything worked. My mom says with my current grades, I can apply for scholarships. If I keep up the consistency for the next 3 years, I should be eligible for college once I take the required courses, and maybe some AP ones along the line.

Calc 2 was easy expect the last part on series bullshit

calc 3 and linear alegebra were tough
