Norse Mythology because they make more Metal songs about it.

In terms of interest
1) Greek
2) Egyptian
3) Norse
The Norse Mythology never managed to interest me for some reason. :3

I’m not athena...

I understand st of greek, roman, and egyptian’s myth
But norse is so well, boring and i think it doesn’t have awesome gods and monsters
But u know what... All the gods from those myths are all similiar actually...
Like zeus/jupiter, ra, and odin

Okay I see alot of post but no reasons of why either of the gods are better. It all depends on what type of battle the fight. If it came to magical/mystical powers it the egyptian gods no contest. The egyptian have powers that can create just about anything and they cast and create powerful spells/curses. The greek gods are close with there transformation type magic to turn things or being to something else while the norse have runes/seidor magic that only a few of the gods know outside of vanir nature gods. If it came down to weapons it would be greeks or norse cause they have being that make powerful weapons. Zeus thunderbolts pretty trample all weapons so the egyptian and the norse gods will have to find a way to get around that. Thor can use mjornir but he will have to defeat zeus before he throws his lightning or it is over.

We’re all going to be biased here lol let’s be honest. I LOVE both Greek and Norse but my favorite was always Egyptian. I don’t think Odin is “weak” just because he can die in ragnarok but I doubt he can beat Zeus if we are talking about a melee fight. Thor vs Horus would be epic as hell but I think Set would tear Loki into shreds in seconds. Also, I don’t know how this falsehood came to be but Egyptian gods are not truly immortal. They will die out and the world will become endless waters but then the same creation story will play out again...so that DOES make the egyptian gods immortal. But the main reason I place my bet on egyptian gods/myth is because unlike the Norse or Greek gods who are beings that merely control natural phenomenon, the Egyptian gods ARE nature deified itself. Anyway, all three are great but like I said, we are all going to be biased here.
