Coercive rape is a legal thing in almost every 1st world country. Rape doesn’t have to be violent or exclusively by physical force.

If a girl consents to sex for whatever reason, it’s not rape.

Sex is something you do for fun.
Making love =/= sex. sex is wild, making love...
so if is not Love is just something casual. so casual sex that is no forcing is sex, blackmail sex is kind raping since you still force a person for sex...but not rape. but is still LOW.

No.

Blackmail can only happen when you exchange money in return for silence on a non-criminal matter.

Assuming you live in the states, I don’t know what the legislation where you live is in regards to coersion for sex, or even if the hypotheses for coercion can apply to sex. Normally, coercion, error, whatever; those are applied to private contracts that have juridical relevance, and so, sex is not included in that purview unless criminal activity is involved(to which it then has another type of legal relevance), ie. the use of forceful physical violence, is being commited. Sex was never treated as a private contract with legal relevance as that would be an invasion of privacy, so at least, it wouldn’t fall under the civil spectrum of coercion, and its consequences. Coercion is a private offense that is dealt with in private law, as far as I’m aware, trying to conflate it with a punishment and definition of criminal law is a no-go.
You could maybe make a case for damages if you claim extortion/coercion, which would be bizarre given that the transaction you’d be using would be sex and sex is not, at least in my law, a private contract, but you wouldn’t be able to file for rape charges. If there is a penal one, it would depend on the looser definition of rape being used.

Furthermore, since I assume you live in the states, and as such, your jurisprudence is what mainly constructs the bulk of your legal system, you’d have to ask someone like Shob what the scene on it is, rather than just look at the legislation itself.

The UK’s gov. seems to give one answer to your question:

“rape does not have to involve physical force, using verbal pressure or emotional blackmail to have sex with someone when they don’t want to is rape”
http://www.nidirect.gov.uk/rape-and-sexual-assault

Which is a really, really, really loose definition. And honestly, one which I’d expect women to more likely partake in, given they are more likely to emotionally abuse a partner into things. What even is “verbal pressure”? Could just a simple, “Fuck me now, or I’m leaving!" be classified as sex under pressure and thus be coercive and later be charged as rape?

Your best bet is to just look at how the current jurisprudence is, ultimately. Again, assuming you’re in the states.

As people already mentioned blackmailing someone for sex is sexual extortion, which has serious legal implications; which can be crime and a civil case.

Extortion isn’t rape so that doesn’t answer my question.

Who told you that it isn’t?

Stop staring at women. That male gaze is rape, you reprehensible piece of shit. Did she give you permission to look at her body? No? That’s the definition of rape.
