well, i started reading the 4th book, inheritance, and i noticed that the span of time between the books were 3 years. i also heard rumors of a sequel series, and since inheritance was published in 2011, it has been three years since the final book. sequel? maybe. your opinion?

I think the author said he’d do a prequel first, with the main character being Brom.

I wouldn’t care for a true sequel since Inheritance pretty much wrapped up the story, but a stand-alone story set in the same world or just a prequel would be pretty cool.

I think he already mentioned wanting to do the former after he works on some other stuff, so I’m looking forward to that.
